Having lived in over six countries and worked with more than 40 nationalities, she brings a truly global perspective shaped by diverse cultures and industries. Her experience spans multinational leaders such as P&G and Nestlé, as well as e-commerce, technology, agencies, hospital services, and hospitality — consistently designing systems that enable people to perform at their best.
She is the creator of Boreal’s Conscious Leadership® model, developed after more than 20 years observing leaders across sectors and geographies. Centered on empathy, vulnerability, and consistency, her approach places people at the heart of sustainable performance.

Yohana leads Boreal’s operations across the Americas, bringing strategic depth and operational excellence to every engagement.
With a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Talent Management and over ten years of experience in multinational and regional organizations, she has led talent functions end-to-end — from strategic design to execution — including selection, performance management, culture transformation, employee journey mapping, and organizational development.
A psychologist by training, Yohana combines analytical rigor with deep human insight. She has successfully built HR structures, led change initiatives, and guided leadership teams through growth and transformation across diverse business environments.
Her approach is grounded in clarity, structure, and a genuine passion for developing people — ensuring that strategy translates into measurable impact and sustainable organizational strength.
